Scripting Worksheet
Turn one goal into believable, present-tense lines, rate each for believability, and choose 3 to say out loud. Print it, or fill it in on screen.
1. My one goal
The single area of your life you most want to shift right now.
2. Rewrite it as present-tense lines
Write it as if it is already true — start with “I am”, “I have”, or “I choose”. Then rate each line 1–10 for how believable it feels right now.
Tip: if a line scores below 5, soften it with a bridge phrase — “I am becoming…”, “I am learning to…”, or “I am open to…”. A believable line you accept beats a bold one you reject.
3. My 3 lines to say out loud
Copy your 3 most believable lines here. These are the ones you will speak with conviction.
Say After Me — sayafterme.app · Write believably, then say it out loud and get a 0–10 conviction score.
How it works
- 1
Name one goal
Write a single, specific goal at the top — the one area of your life you most want to shift right now.
- 2
Rewrite it as present-tense lines
Turn the goal into 5 affirmation lines written in the first person and present tense — 'I am', 'I have', 'I choose' — as if it is already true.
- 3
Rate each line for believability
Score every line from 1 to 10 for how believable it feels right now. If a line feels false, soften it with a bridge like 'I am becoming' or 'I am open to'.
- 4
Choose 3 lines to say out loud
Pick the 3 most believable lines and copy them into the 'say out loud' box. These are the ones you will speak with conviction.
- 5
Say them aloud and score your conviction
Read your 3 lines out loud like you mean them. Spoken words stick better than words read silently — say them in the Say After Me app to get a 0–10 conviction score on your delivery.
Now Say Your 3 Lines Out Loud
Writing them is step one. Saying them aloud with conviction is what makes them stick — spoken words are remembered better than words read silently (77% vs 66%, the production effect). Say After Me listens, verifies you said it, and scores your conviction 0–10.
